First Day of School started yesterday. Amazingly no tears (not even from me). Kelton started 2nd grade. He loves his new teacher Mrs. Hughes. He says she is the best teacher because she let them play two games in a row. Also she makes learning fun. Hopefully when the work gets harder he will be still enjoying it all. Ashlyn started full day Kindergarten. She was so excited because one of her best friends is in her class. She was sad though that all of her best friends could not be in her class, but she gets to see them at recess. Her teacher is Mrs. Needham who Ashlyn already likes a lot.
Tuesday we went to Pops for one last trip. It is a soda fountain and hamburger joint just outside of OKC on old Highway 66. The kids had fun picking out what soda to get. We also got pics in front of the huge soda bottle outside of restaurant.
